Tank storage, piping

We can manage every step of the oil’s life cycle as well as the life cycle of any other industrial liquid.

The piping division offers a whole-around service including:

• Designing
• Assembly and erection
• Maintenance
• Management of peculiar transportation systems
• Management of plants using any kind of relevant valve or accessory
• Checking and controls (X-Ray testing, Magnetoscopic testing, Penetrant liquid testing, Vacuum box testing)

The experience of the storage tanks division has been developed during the construction of several plants, both in Italy and abroad.

The tank service is divided into three sections:

1) Designing, pre-fabrication and erection of new storage tanks up to a capacity of 160.000 M³ both with fixed and floating roofs.

2) Complete check-up of fixed and/or floating storage tanks with technical reports detailing the type of preliminary intervention suggested for better conditions of the tanks.
3) Complete or partial maintenance intervention of the bottom, shell, roof and all accessories. We offer all activities of drainage, civil works, painting, insulation and electro-instrumental works for a competitive turnkey system for schedule of works, guarantees and quality.

The changed needs of the market and the quality and safety standards about the storage of gas products on pressure moved the ten-years experience about spheres towards the construction of storage tanks on horizontal axis with the relevant coordination of the linked activities such as transport by sea or land and location site.

Demolition and industrial reclaim

The consortium’s members are ready to offer an all-inclusive package concerning the recovery of defunct industrial areas, on-site treatment of pollutants and also waste recovery and disposal, including asbestos-based construction materials.
We can deliver services for the whole reclaiming cycle, from the transport up to temporary storage, recovery treatments and disposal of a wide range of wastes (special, hazardous, non-hazardous, toxic harmful, assimilable).
We work with specific treatment centres in many foreign countries, developing close partnerships with the whole spectrum of plants involved in reclaiming:

• Incinerators
• Controlled landfills of all categories
• Peculiar recycling centres
• Platforms equipped for temporary storage and neutralization

Engineering

The main rule of the engineering division is to provide a product or a structure “ready to use” and able to match all expectations of the commissioner, along with the restraining of the cost of the whole work.

The companies that are part of the consortium are ready to offer turnkey projects, developing the integrated design from the feasibility study, up to the basic and detailed Engineering Services. We manage Civil, Industrial and Power Plants, as well as the Project Management, Field Supervision, and Commissioning.

The wide range of works and infrastructures created by our integrated engineering division includes high-density technology sites, with further specialisation in the following fields:
